International Police Force Federation quickly became a major force in Legoland football after their promotion to Serie A for the first time in 2000. The Pigs transformed themselves from Serie B regulars to Serie A title contenders in just 2 seasons and in doing so the Legoland public as well as their own supporters.
In the 2001/2 season, then their second only season in the top flight, the club finished the 42-game season in first position, equal on points with the Legoland Footballing Celebs but ahead on goal difference. The result was a championship play-off against the Celebs to determine who would be crowned national champions. Victory went the way of the Aristocrats and the league trophy went to Nirut to the despair of the Pigs' loyal fans.
The following season saw the Pigs finish in third place but 13 points adrift of the Celebs who again had claimed the title. Luck finally fell the way of the Pigs in the 2004/5 season as the club pipped Legoland FC, the Celebs, and Legoland United to land their first ever Serie A title sending their fans into near delirium and causing on-duty police officers to abandon their posts. The team had become the first of the "Single Day Clubs" to lift the league trophy and all analysts agreed that they were by far the smallest side ever to have won it.
On 3rd March 2008 the club's board of directors announced that Chiefus Piggus would become the club's president, a position previously unfilled. In his debut season at the helm, Mr Piggus steered his Pigs side to 3rd place in the 2007/8 campaign.
