San Siro sold out ahead of title decider

news

Legoland United's famous Martyrs Stand, named after Reds fans killed in the February 2001 Legoland Derby Tragedy, sold out in minutes and will be cauldron of noise at 3pm tomorrow as the red half of the capital look to end a bleak decade on a high.

Best wishes have come in to United from the national leaders of Eland and ND Land, both of whom have publically declared their dislike of LFC.

Legoland United have confirmed that the San Siro will be a sell-out for tomorrow’s crunch SuperLeague showdown with the Celebs. A victory for the Reds will hand the football powerhouse their third title and potentially set the club up for an historic treble as they have already won this season’s Derby Cup and have booked their place in the LFA Cup final.

In an announcement to the press, the league leaders stated that only minifigs with valid tickets accompanied by photo identification will be authorised entry into the vicinity of the arena by the Empire Police. The club also cautioned fans against buying ticket from touts and unofficial sources stating that there was “no guarantee that these tickets would be accepted at the turnstiles.”

Meanwhile the build-up to the final round of the season has continued with the mind games between club owners and managers now in overdrive. LFC president Gheorghe Hagi has called LFC’s opponents tomorrow, Parma, a “good team” in a blatant attempt to diffuse the ill feeling the Parma players have towards the capital club and so improve LFC’s hopes of picking up a victory. LFC goalkeeper Francesco Toldo had different views however calling Parma and their Ennio Tardini stadium an “embarrassment to Legoland football” and a place he doesn’t “like playing in”.

Elsewhere, Legoland United manager Mr United has called on his team to be patient tomorrow against a “tricky Celebs team”. Celebs have lost their last four league games yet Mr United said he doesn’t expect them to be relegated. “Celebs are a great team and such great clubs usually escape the drop somehow. Certainly they have the players to stay up. I’m certainly hoping we have a good day tomorrow but remember we don’t have to beat the Celebs to win the title and they don’t have to beat us to stay up”.
