LFC showed off recent captures Lionel Messi, Sergio Agüero and David Beckham to the media in the Legoland capital today.
The 5 time Serie A winners are expected to launch a £60m (€75m) bid for Cristiano Ronaldo over the weekend.

The board of Legoland FC have reacted angrily to ND Land FC's rejection of a world record bid for star midfielder Cristiano Ronaldo and have labelled the ND Land giants "difficult monkeys", language that could see the Legoland side land in hot water with the football authorities yet again. Speaking to the press, recently appointed president Francesco Pedone said that ND Land FC were only rejecting the bid because it was from Legoland FC. "Everyone knows those folk at ND Land FC don't like to admit that we are the greatest team in the history of football. LFC stand for quality and prestige, terms not known of in ND Land. They are jealous of us and to know that this bid has only been rejected because of their jealousy makes me mad."
According to the Sports for Minifigs publication, LFC had a world record £50m cash bid rejected by ND Land FC yesterday. LFC then offered £50m cash in addition to recent signing Dimitar Berbatov but again it was turned down. The Sports for Minifigs report that ND Land FC stated that they did not wish to sell Ronaldo to what they termed "a rival club". This has further infuriated LFC whom see themselves on another level to the ND Land side.
Eager to put a brave face on the rejection, LFC today held a orchestrated media circus of their in Legoland City, formally presenting recent signings Lionel Messi, Sergio Agüero and David Beckham to the press. "These three great players will steer this great club to new heights" said LFC president Pedone to the cameras. LFC are in the process of reinventing their squad after last season's disappointing Serie A campaign. In addition to the trio on show, the Cartel have also secured the signatures of Deco, Dimitar Berbatov and Frank Lampard already this Summer. The latest reports from sources close to the club suggest their interest in Cristiano Ronaldo has not ended at the club are preparing a new offer, one that they hope will finally tempt ND Land FC into letting their prized asset leave. The astronomical money involved has caused some celebrities in Legoland to show their distate with Jesus calling the LFC bid "grotesque" and "beyond belief". Jesus said that their should be a cap on player transfers especially in this time of economic hardship. "With nearly 50% unemployed, it is crazy that some minifigs have barely enough to eat whilst others earn over £150,000 a week. Has the world gone mad?"
