Stuart Spacers' Macauley Chrisantus is led away by team doctors with a suspected twisted knee. Chrisantus, Spacers' record £3m signing from Juventus over the Summer, is the
club's top scorer this season with 2 goals and his loss will be a major set-back for the team.

Stuart Spacers’ and Legoland FC’s great start to the Serie A season came to an abrupt end today with defeats to Legoland United and Roma respectively. The Spacers, having enjoyed 2 shock wins over Lazio and Inter in the opening 2 rounds, were routed at the San Siro by a resurgent Legoland United. The champions finally got the fight to retain their title off the ground seeing home 5 goals to the Spacers sole reply. The terrible day for visitors ended even worse when the club’s record signing and top scorer, Macauley Chrisantus, was stretchered off with what appeared to be a serious injury. Speaking to journalists after the game, Legoland United manager Mr United said he hoped Chrisantus would recover soon whilst Spacers boss Stany Gzil said it was a "castastrophe". Chrisantus is expected to be out until at least Round 10.
At the Partizan, LFC unveiled their world record signing Franck Ribéry to a sell-out crowd but the home fans went home bitterly disappointed after Júlio Baptista’s 8th minute goal proved enough for Roma to bag the three points. LFC fans were furious at the final whistle and called for manager Patrice Loko’s head to be put on a platter. “Do the Loko motion and piss off back to ND Land” they chanted. Loko interviewed afterwards said he had no intention of listening to the fans. “I am not a minifig who listens to popular opinion. With my magnifying glass at hand I am well equipped to lead this club to a decade of success.”
Elsewhere there were important 3-2 victories for Lion Lakers, BFB and Republic over the TDs, the Legalaticos and Napoli. With Castleland United also picking up 3 points against Lazio, four of the top 5 clubs in the standings now come from the Castleland province. Could this signify a shift in power from the capital to the province? Probably not.
In Irab, Atlas Bell recorded their first ever Serie A victory with a 1-0 away win at Emperor Eagles. Bell’s coach Rafael Benítez said he was relatively pleased with his side’s start to the season. “With a win, a loss and a draw it is difficult to see any real pattern yet nevertheless in Emperor Eagles, Castleland United and Legoland United we have faced three top sides, well excluding Castleland United, but they are a side on top form. Therefore, we can be optimistic a good season lies ahead.”
